We may collect account and contact information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, or support request contents, if you contact us.

The app may store connection profile information you enter, such as hostnames, ports, usernames, terminal preferences, startup commands, and host verification preferences.

The app may store credentials and authentication materials you choose to save, such as passwords, private keys, and private-key passphrases.

2. How Information Is Stored

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and operate the Service, save and restore connection profiles you choose to keep, authenticate you to remote systems at your direction, protect the security and integrity of the Service, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements and policies.

4. Information Sent to Remote Systems

When you use Semantic Developer to connect to a server or other remote system, information you enter or transmit through the terminal session may be sent to that remote system or its operators. That processing is controlled by the operator of the remote system, not by Stainless Designer LLC.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to access the systems you connect to and that your use complies with applicable law and the policies governing those systems.

5. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

As of the effective date above, the current app implementation is not designed around third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral advertising.

If we add analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, advertising, or similar data collection in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as required.

6. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited circumstances, such as with service providers that help us operate support, hosting, or related business functions; if required by law; to protect rights, safety, security, users, the Service, or the public; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Data stored locally in the app may remain on your device until you delete it, remove the app, clear your device storage, or otherwise remove the information through platform tools or app functionality.

8. Your Choices

Depending on your use of the Service, you may choose whether to save connection profiles or credentials, delete saved connection information from the app, remove credentials from Apple Keychain using the app or platform controls, and contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we maintain about you outside the app, subject to legal and operational limitations.

9. International Use

The Service may be accessed from different jurisdictions. If you contact us or use related support services, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service.
